More than just business
Safety first
Nor-Alta prioritizes the health and safety of our team, clients, community, and the environment in all our operations. We have proudly maintained a Certificate of Recognition (COR) from the Government of Alberta and Energy Safety Canada for 20 years. Our rigorous practices have earned us a stellar safety record, achieving over 1.2 million work hours with zero recordable incidents.
Making a difference together
We actively engage with our local communities through volunteer work, charitable contributions, and partnerships with like-minded organizations. Giving back is a core value, and we strive to build long-term relationships based on trust and mutual respect. We provide employees with numerous opportunities throughout the year to volunteer for causes they care about.
Sustainability extends beyond environmental conservation to include the well-being of our employees and the communities we serve. Mental health is a critical component of sustainability, and we are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. We focus on initiatives that promote mental wellness by providing access to resources and support services, offering flexible work arrangements to accommodate personal needs, and promoting work-life balance. By taking a holistic approach that considers environmental, social, and mental well-being, we aim to positively impact both our employees and the communities we are part of.
